Dr Shephard performed my hip replacement surgery. He and his staff are Amazing. The whole process from beginning to end was a wonderful experience.
Wait times are RIDICULOUS! Routinely wait up to 2 hours in the waiting room with my elderly mother. Today she literally ran out of Oxygen so we had to leave!
Doctors are wonderful, other staff not so much, from scheduling to our experience when we walked in the door we were less than happy with the way we were treated. I’m not sure why people think it’s ok to be rude, it’s really not hard to be friendly, especially when your job is to talk to people all day.
