Called to make a apt yesterday for today April 21 at 9. Got there they didn't even know he had a appointment. He still has long hair covering his eyes and his sides have patches. � 2nd bad experience in a role. Last month took him to get a nail trim and they cut him so bad he wouldn't stop bleeding guess it's time to look for a better place. Meanwhile I'll try to even up his cut.
Horrible place. I took my pup here and they assured me they would not shave him. Shaved him entirely. To his skin. Said they were "closing early". Worst part - he had CUTS ALLLLL over him. MANAGER said it wasn't her fault because she didn't do it and that if I was that worried I should take him to the vet. Said they were "scratches." AWFUL!!!!! Worst customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced ANYWHERE.
Tammy was very rude and unprofessional, as a manager customer service should be second nature and the way she spoke to my mom and handled my sister's dog Max was horrible....

I took my sweet pup here today. After explaining to them exactly how I would like her groomed and the terrible experiences I have had at PetsMart, I had faith they would do an amazing job. I was definitely proven wrong. They shaved her almost bare, there's patches of missing fur all over and the cut was not done evenly. This was the first time at this place and the very LAST time. I would never recommend any of my friends to come here. I do a better job at home.
I've taken my dog here a few times and they always do a great job, they usually take about 5 hours which is fine for me. They listen to how I wanted my dog groomed since I like to keep his hair longer in places and he always comes out looking great and happy. The prices are about the same as everywhere else and I like that I'm supporting a small local business. Have recommended to several of my friends.
