They are always extremely friendly & genuinely concerned for my health & safety. The staff goes above & beyond to make you feel comfortable , relaxed and informed.
Great and friendly staff
The Staff and Dentist at Familia Dental were all so nice! The wait time was very short and they even have a room for the kids to stay entertained. The Dentist explains everything and worked so well with my 21 month old and 3 year old. If your looking for a great place Familia Dental is the place to go!
My appointment was for 10am. Did not leave until 1230! For just a cleaning. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! I think I am willing to go out of network to a dental clinic that does not ridiculously over book their patients like this.
Wait times are simply unacceptable. Two or more hours for a simple cleaning is ridiculous!
The whole staff at familia dental are very friendly.
I would like to compliment the service I was provided. From making the appointment to my treatment was a positive experience. The care was excellent The office was clean and well organized Most of all the dental assistant and Dr. Thomas took the time with me to explain and make me feel at ease. Wonderful place to go The front desk helped me with my insurance and guided me through the process with no worries
Able to schedule quick appt & pleased with dental assistant & dentist. Very detailed explanation of what my teeth required.
