I was admitted with Pneumonia. Had to be put in a induced coma. Upon discharged I was diagnosis with Decubitus Ulcer of Buttocks due to negligence of NOT being rotated every 2 hours. COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE
Had a not so good experience. Operation was good considering this was my second time here. First time was great with the day and night nursing. Real attentive, courteous and polite. This time around day and night nurses were terrible. Had to remind them about my medication and other items that were a must. The nurses that would come to my room were real noticeable of their attitude. They would twitch their as if they did not want to be there. saved my sisters life, she had 2 strokes and they put stents in her.
I took my husband in thinking his shortness of breath was a heart problem. The nurses there recognized a serious problem and saved his life. He is home and getting better every day!
Profesionalism and personal relation
Just had surgery there was a positive experience.Staff and facility was great.
Really takes care of you and treat you like Family.... your already nervous.....but they make you feel at ease from the receptionists to all employees.... must say Charge Nurse Sandra is awesome and goes above and beyond well as all of the team does.... but she just brightens up the room. My stay was great .... even in my procedure Dr Bradly and team made me feel comfortable not nervous at all... talked about football and cold weather.... just awesome.....
The staff at the Lubbock Heart Hospital was extremely kind-hearted and professional. Their bedside manner was unbeatable! Special thanks to the charge nurse, James, for being so patient and informative especially upon my mother-in-law's discharge. The aides were very helpful as well. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts ❤
