Outside of the front desk lady, everyone was wonderful and made you feel they really cared and was very compassionate! I was explained to by every move and that is so important for a person who might be anxiety about procedures.!
Horrible communication between the hospital, doctor, staff, and patient. There is a huge lack of tact, professionalism and bed side manner. Patient satisfaction or HIPPA is NOT a priority or practice. I was LITERALLY laughed at pointed at and talked about by the staff for showing up for a scheduled surgery that I was pre- registered, pre-approved, and took all the necessary steps on my behalf to do. Dr. Ganga was amazing, however all the under the table billing that no one tells you about up front is a joke. The billing manager is rude and extremely unprofessional. My procedure lasted 15 minutes and not only am I being charged more than they ever told me but they do not send bills but do threaten immediate action from a collection agency. My advice- go else where!
Dr. Kensing and Dr. Phipps are the best. I received excellent care from them for my GI concerns and would not hesitate to go back. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a physician.
I visited Gasteroenterology Associates twice about a year ago, and the doctor I saw (Nelson) had an awful bedside manner. He was rude and when I asked questions, responded as if they were stupid. I could go on and on about how it was, but you get the idea. Now, a year later, I called to make an urgent appointment with a doctor (any doctor) on their staff, because I was having severe abdominal pains.
