They just take time to talk to you they're a long ways from Wichita so they're not overwhelmed every minute and they have time to focus on what needs to be done. And I understand everything on the work order that they've done and it's easy to comprehend

Walked in and was treated as if I was there to rob the place. Useless "receptionist" just stared at me. Had to track down a salesman in a car dealership. Fine. First time for everything. Got a trade-in value for my truck which was really what I was there for, so thanks to them for that. Met some kind of strange resistance as I wanted to either track down or order a Ranger Raptor.
