They were really nice on the phone but didn’t have what I was looking for.
We’ve been customers of Luau for the past couple of years. As first-time pool owners, we needed help and education, and these folks have been so great to work with. We’ve just finished a liner replacement and some other upgrades, and everything turned out just perfect! So nice to work with a family owned and run local business that really cares about their customers and community.
RUDE!!!! I called to ask about above ground pool installation services, the receptionist was so incredibly rude and unprofessional I can’t imagine how they are still in business. She informed me they do not do above ground installations but have third party contractors that do. I ask her if I could get a few names and numbers to see if they would be interested in installing our pool. She said NO!
