Excellent customer service, high knowledge.
I’m house sitting for my brother and his pool looked liked it needed some extra help. I came here since this was close to his house and talk about expectations! Ms. Debra went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. In 12 hours, the pool was already transformed. I told my brother that this is the only pool place he can go to. They know what they’re talking about.
They were really nice on the phone but didn’t have what I was looking for.
We’ve been customers of Luau for the past couple of years. As first-time pool owners, we needed help and education, and these folks have been so great to work with. We’ve just finished a liner replacement and some other upgrades, and everything turned out just perfect!
