This place is a very lovely place to live , but it has a consistent revolving door when it comes to Staff . Luann changes staff so often due to her controlling ways. She acts one way in front of the clients family but she turns into a monster after they leave. If one staff complains about another staff if she likes you more then she will keep that person and fire the other without asking them what happened. She has made it clear she will not hire over weight , Somalians or people that she thinks is got no help at home with t... read more

LuAnn’s place was a godsend for our family! When Dad passed away as the Covid lock down began, we needed to make a quick decision regarding Mom’s long term health care needs. LuAnn and her staff walked us through the process then as well as through her entire stay - they were responsive when answering our questions, consistently met Mom’s needs and patiently educated us along the way!
