Luciana is the absolute BEST. We have two pups, one of which has extremely challenging extra care needs due to an autoimmune spinal condition that has resulted in almost total paralysis to his hind legs. He requires manual bladder expressions (not easy getting an 80lb dog to ‘posture to pee’ then actually successfully expressing said bladder), frequent body shifting, offering water and general ongoing hands on care/attention. Absolutely the Best Groomer! Lu is simply amazing! One of my dogs has always been very anxious and wouldn’t let anyone touch him, but he absolutely adores her. The way she handled him with such patience, kindness, and care was incredible to watch. Now, not only does he trust her, but he actually gets excited to see her! I have boarded my dog with Luciana several times and she has provided excellent care each time. She provides exceptional service and her home has a wonderful backyard for my dog to roam around in. She is a great communicator and has provided photos and updates while I was away. I highly recommend her services!
I am so happy I contacted Luci for assessment of my senior cat, Maibby. Mai-Mai (as we affectionately call her) is 18 years old and has problematic mats because of a skin condition. Our vet told us to look for a specialist groomer…and boy did we find her! Luci came to our home and scooped up our Mai-Mai with such care that my cat seemed at ease with her instantly. My experience with Lucy is the greatest I've ever had with any veterinarian, groomer, pet specialist & pet handler. She can figure out my cat" Figaro" better than myself and the ASPCA I adopted him from. She is surely a blessing. My cat has his mental issues, and was previously abused and traumatized somewhere down the line before I added him in our home, in the summer of 2023 when he was 10 months old.
