Kamaaina Experience. My grandson and I decided to stay at Luana for the weekend before the school year started. It was nothing short of amazing!!! Our experience was to include Marvin, Kim, Lindy, Gina, Rey, Stephen, and Chet. Every singleperson we came across was full of love and hospitality. The property was well maintained and very clean. We rarely book our staycations in Waikiki, but looking forward to our next one again at Luana. Thank you again, and we'll see you folks again real soon. Danielle Chong Kaneohe, HI

初めての宿泊でしたが、とても大満足でした！！とにかく、立地が最高でしょう。アラモアナセンターにもワイキキビーチにも、徒歩で行動できる丁度いい位置に立地してます。 唯一の欠点は、騒音でしょう。ワイキキですから、早朝から深夜までは様々な騒音で溢れてます。また、隣の部屋の会話はハッキリ聞こえます。深夜が困りますね。でも、短期の滞在なら、パーシャルオーシャンビューもとても素晴らしく、騒音は我慢できるかも知れません。

Avoid this place like the plague. My wife and I paid for our vacation in full ahead of time, thinking we could just relax and enjoy our stay. When we arrived, we were blindsided with an “amenity fee” of over $400 that was never disclosed beforehand. This was deceitful and unacceptable — guests deserve to know the full cost before they book. Our room was another disappointment. Stayed at this hotel for up to close to a total of 2 months since I was in Hawaii for work, the location itself is great with plenty restaurants, the food truck park and even the beach all very close within walking distance, my experience with the staff was great and shoutouts to the valets for working hard given the fact I was here with a group of coworkers and they were pulling out 15 cars at the same time for All of us to head to work. Definitely wish I originally stayed here over the Courtyard by Marriott. Since the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. I pulled into the parking up the ramp, don’t do that, it’s 50$ an hour. I asked the staff and they politely informed me! Winded up using their valet, which is 40$ a day. Beats the Courtyards 60$ a day, which was insane. Honestly it’s cheaper to park here than most places unless you somehow find street parking, good luck. Check in was super easy and quick. The staff is very friendly.
