We needed a room for just three days before our timeshare in Ko Olina was ready. The room was mediocre even though it was considered the King Ocean View. You only get a tiny ocean view in the distance. The pullout bed was horrible. Crumbs fell out when we opened it. Stains on the cushions and bathroom floor. There was a horrible odor from the kitchen sink drain they tried to cover with stopper. We had to keep it in the sink the entire time we was there it smelled so bad. Stayed in an amazing suite, and loved the location. Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities.
