Great service and communication
Luana helped my wife and I find and purchase our first home. We are both very busy with work and our baby daughter, but Luana still made the first-time home buying process VERY easy & understandable. We feel we got a great house for a great price because she also helped us understand more about real estate in general. As long as we live in a State where Luana has a license, she will be our Realtor.
Luana is great. Her along with my loan officer (Bobbi from Academy mortgage) worked so well together and made the process so comforting for me. Luana definitely took the time of day to show me houses and sometimes even on very short notice. I really appreciated feeling like I was her only client when I know she had plenty. She was able to get me into a home despite all the cash offers out there and worked really well with not making me alone towards the end of my closing.
