I attempted to make an appointment with Dr Pillon and it was quite troublesome. The receptionist told me I needed to get my historical records which I did. She also said my insurance requires a referral from another doctor. A telephoned my insurance company and they said the plan I was on did not require a referral and that I could go see Dr Pillon and they would cover it. I hardly ever write reviews, but Dr. Pillon absolutely deserves one. She is an exceptional nephrologist and an even more exceptional human being. From the very first visit, she made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. My wife and I have been Dr Pillon"s patients for seven years and we need to commend her and her staff for being first class. Dr Pillon always responds via text or phone calls within an hour.
