The home I bought had the benefit and challenge of an assumable loan. That process proved to be very trying for all involved. 6 months of waiting, overnighting paperwork, calling, denial, appeal, more waiting, and finally closing on our home. Through it all, Luana was so gracious, knowledgeable, determined, and of impeccable character. She was the best guide and advocate!
