Started with Dr Lu when I moved here in late 2021. He is an excellent PCP, always takes time and listens to my issues. Very kind and has great energy/spirit!
As a retired RN who has worked closely with physicians for over 41 yrs in Hospitals I wanted to say how much I have appreciated Dr Lu as my primary Dr. He knows my history and latest events and is prepared with that knowledge when I see him, he also orders appropriate blood work immediately to assess what's going on and I feel very confident in his decisions. Dr. Lu is the best doctor we have had in 20 years! He cares and listens he also gives you time. They don't make many doctors like this anymore.
I have Aetna HMO insurance and always need a referral from my primary care physician to attend my medical appointments with specialists. It is common for specialists to have to wait weeks to receive the necessary documentation from this office. This happens with my husband, my daughter, my son, and me (all your patients). We have all been repeatedly mistreated by the secretary who runs the front desk at this office, and there is no way to obtain referrals diligently.
