Dr. Lu is the best doctor we have had in 20 years! He cares and listens he also gives you time. They don't make many doctors like this anymore.
I have Aetna HMO insurance and always need a referral from my primary care physician to attend my medical appointments with specialists. It is common for specialists to have to wait weeks to receive the necessary documentation from this office. This happens with my husband, my daughter, my son, and me (all your patients). We have all been repeatedly mistreated by the secretary who runs the front desk at this office, and there is no way to obtain referrals diligently.
