After having money stolen out of my daughter wallet while having her hair done at Lu Ross!!! I will never go back! Your staff is unconcerned about students behavior!!! Horrible customer service

I Love being a student at LU Ross every day is a learning expireance and building confidence. I had my hair colored and cut by a student with the guide of Instructor Michael he really knows his stuff . Well everything turned out great . I feel Liberated for the first time in a long time. My short Hair Rocks so many complements��
Victoria Garcia was AMAZING! She was friendly, professional and knowledgable. She went above and beyond with an already great service. What an incredible value! I absolutely LOVE my hair! She gave my hard to curl hair some fabulous curls I continued to get complimented on the next day! I highly recommend her! Thank you Victoria and Lu Ross!
I will definitely go back. She did a great job highlighting my hair.
