I never rented a room but I tried calling for a motel that don't have a website and don't pick up the phone call seems a little bit to fishy for me lost a customer hope they can there business out there unless it's shutdown. I'm in a wheelchair and for me to drive all the way to ask a couple questions is insane 0 star for me and hope no one's go there. Do a better job picking up the phone

We recently stayed at this hotel and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was absolutely amazing! During our stay, we unfortunately lost our laptop and couldn’t find it anywhere. A kind hotel guest randomly found the laptop and turned it in (thank you, whoever you are!), and Emma, who works at the front desk, was truly incredible she went above and beyond to help us. I Have been here now for while, my room has been greatly upgraded its spacious, full kitchen and very nice bathroom. Its cozy & clean. The new Manager Tracy is friendly, patient & helpful! I've watched her turn this into a nice little community! She has a wonderful attitude. She's always here to address my questions or concerns! It's a wonderful place to be! Thank You Tracy!!

The room could have been cleaner prior to arrival. The manager is responsive and professional. Great location. There is bug problem you have manager on your own. No pest control.

I have heard the management is extremely professional and if your not happy with your room or something in it they do what they have to, to keep your your business within reason I will stay here. They need a website tho.
