I'd like to leave a review about my primary care doctor. She is the most amazing primary care physician I have ever had. She is patient, understanding, caring, and compassionate. When I first met her and shared my health history, including my decision to take a more natural and holistic approach to my health, she did not look down on me or frown upon my choices. DR Jenny Lu runs her own private practice. I give her a lot of credit for this. This allows her to treat the patient individually. She is a compassionate doctor who really cares.
Terrible !! I went for major anxiety, ahe kept telling me to stop tapping my feet!!! I was being treated for a couple of years . Definitely unacceptable practices from her.
Dr. Lu has bn my doctor for almost 10 years!! She is just soo caring n really cares about her patients. For example, I went to 3 doctors re my ankle, N she was the only one that FIGURED out I had a bone infection!! She just recently had my lab work done n called me the next day, on the weekend to get to the hospital right away!! SHE even called my husband!! Sorry too much info, tmi, but that's how much she cares n goes the extra mile!! She really saved my life!! If you want a great doctor, she's it!!
Dr Jenny Lu physician extraordinary doesn't begin to describe her professionalism and patient devotion as individuals not numbers. She combines modern medicine with holistic practices. Her staff especially Stephanie and Jody enhances her quality of care. Dr Lu is always available to answer questions by personally reassuring with after hour phone calls. This guardian angel personally saved my husband's life during this pandemic. Thank you Dr Lu for being our savior
I was brought to the hospital for coronavirus testing. I Tested positive and was admitted. Dr Lu’s coordination with the hospital and drug medication therapy had me symptom free in less than a week. It was truly life-saving.
Went there for specific concerns and was told we would get to it after some tests. After various expensive and unnecessary tests, she tried to sell me "magic" mushroom pills. And then she told me I had to go elsewhere for the specific concerns I had
Dr Lu is s kind, gentle , caring Doctor .. She listens and answers all your questions ... She is not only a dr. But a very caring and knowledgeable person who puts your mind at ease about any medical issues you might be having . I highly recommend Dr Lu to anyone who is in need of a dr that can take care of you and your entire family . It's nice to know that there are still some Drs out there that really care about there patients ... Thank you Dr Jenny ! We love you
