I have worked with LU Electric for almost 5 years now. They have always been reliable and do great work. What made me post a review today is because we really wanted to give a shout out to Mickey. He came out for one task and we ended up needing him for several more projects. He stayed at our property the entire day and always had a great attitude. He was very kind and such a pleasure to work with. We felt so accomplished after he left.

This company has absolute horrible customer service. We reached out to them to be a lighting vendor for our HOA. They offer fair pricing, but do not complete their work and require constant follow up to get anything partially completed. Victor is very difficult to work with. He is argumentative and speaks to you as if he is doing you a favor, by even entertaining a discussion. We issued them a work order in February to replace 5 light posts.
