Best dentist in Rowland Heights. Super friendly staff. Thank you Cheryl (receptionist). Dr Lu only works 2 days a week but his son and his partner do an amazing job of servicing everyone for the day. Dentsl assistant Sandy was awesome. I had a infection the size of a golf ball in my mouth and some how they were able to take me in an emergency visit. I ended up needing 4 teeth taken out. I was givin misleading information about care I needed! I was lied to about what is covered by Medical; they either dont know what is covered or were trying to charge me for more for what is a covered procedure. I asked two other dentests and a Medical representative, all three told me to avoid this location. You should never be charged for services that are covered by Medical, it aginst CA law......?
Great dentist, my mother has been coming here for years and I have as well for the last few. I think Dr. Lu's son is poised to take over the business but he has been excellent with me as well. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants and the dentists themselves have been great, get a checkup if you're in the area.
