Dr. Lu is fine for a casual annual checkup but ask for a few samples to try and he'll give you a rude attitude and a snarky "what do you want to try all of them?". Really unexpected and quite disappointed that he is so willing to lose a customer over contact samples. Also not in network with VSP, so you may want to look elsewhere if you have this insurance.
My family and I have been using Dr Lu for several years and have always found him to be friendly and careful when performing his job.
Dr Lu is very friendly and thorough. He took extra time to make sure my contacts were comfortable and I could see clearly.
