I can’t speak for any of the other reviewers but I know that for me, this is the best company I’ve ever worked for. The new owner just took over in December I believe and from what I’ve heard from my coworkers, there’s been a significant improvement. I’ve never worked under the old owners, but I do interact with the current owner frequently and he is professional, organized, and just an all around great leader. LTS recently changed owners, and from my experience, the current owner is professional and sincerely cares about his staff. I know that with him leading th company only great things are to come!

I have been with this company for 3 years and can't say enough about how much I enjoy being here. The changes that have been made with the new owner have been great and the people I work with are like family. I can say from experience that employees are a priority as well as maintaining a great relationship with the customer. I hope to be here for a really long time!

I've worked for LTS for almost 2 years now. The new owner took over at the beginning of this year, and he has already made significant improvements and growth within the company. I can see even more positive changes coming in the future. I am grateful to work here and look forward to many, many more years with this company.
