Staff was pretty friendly, however that’s the only positive in dealing with them. Back in 2018, I was paralyzed and needed a wheelchair ordered. Airway Oxygen was called in to fit me for a chair and get it on order (September of 2018). I was told I should have the chair within 2 months. When December came around I called to check on the status of my new chair and they had no idea what I was talking about. I am only giving one star because I cannot pick no stars. I have had nothing but troubles when dealing with airway and trying to get supplies from them. Every month it is a new issue. When I call to try to get things figured out it is always like no one there knows what is going on. Very frustrating!!! One time I had to call the emergency after hours number as my daughter's oxgen tank ran out. Was told they would not deliver oxgen to us and to go to the emergency room. This is directed @ Airway Oxygen Battle Creek, MI. I have worked in the medical field for 25+ years and have never came across a company who continually employees a rude employee like this one. After years and numerous interactions I have observed and experienced Shauna @ the BC Office to be both unprofessional and rude. I was allergic to the face mask I received so I called to order face mask covers. I was sent & charged for an entirely new face mask and the employee on the phone told me she wouldn't have sent something I didn't order and I couldn't be refunded. Humble?!? Nope. customer service- absolutely terrible.
