Very frustrating experience with scheduling and communication. I had an appointment confirmed for a Monday and took time off work to be home. No one showed up. When I called, I was told their system hadn’t “updated,” so no technician was actually scheduled. The next availability they offered was at the end of the week. I asked if someone could at least stop by for a quick inspection given the inconvenience, and they said they would call me back—but I never received any follow-up. They were punctual, professional, and efficient, and did an excellent job replacing my attic fan motor and upgrading the controller, both of which were hard to reach in the attic.
