I used LTI limo service for a decade , they provided reasonable reliable service until now (June 2026). I contacted LTI and communicated that I had a flight planned to depart San Diego on June 20, 2026 to arrive at 6:30am (overnight flight across country, ~3000 miles) into Boston airport. Well they arranged for service on June 20 , not the 21st. I contacted them to correct but they are saying it’s my fault. I told them they made the mistake and should reverse charges.
