I've previously used LTH Roofing with a good experience. I decided to use them again and this time was much worse. They quoted the job 400$ for repair. The repair happened and a week later we could hear shingles slapping on the roof. I go outside and look and the same shingles are peeling up again. After checking on the roof we found numerous shingles missing nails, and repaired shingles had no roofing tar put back on them. Kindrick also did not verify the work done by the contractor. Mr. Higgins was very professional in appearance and manner. He was requested for an inspection of the roof. He found no major concerns but normal wear for the life of the roof. However, he provided more importantly, consultation regarding the home insurance responsibilities to a home owner. He bought peace of mind from his inspection.
