Amazing experience! Heika went above and beyond to make sure our first visit to Victoria started perfectly. Highly recommend scheduling your transportation using Lucky to Go when you visit Victoria. Way better than a rental car.
Only took a ride once. Positive was that when I booked, someone from the app called me directly to confirm a driver but with a change of time for 15 minutes later. I agreed. The driver was late. The car trunk was absolutely filthy and filled with stuff which made it very awkward and difficult for us to get our bags in. He knew in advance we were headed to the airport so it seems absurd he didn't clean it. Then the clock in his car was incorrect and set for an earlier time.
