RecommendedThere’s not another Ferris dealer that’s as good as these guys. Hometown feel and knowledge is everywhere from the sales to parts and all the way back to the repair guys. I’ve never been more impressed with a small group of people that want to help. LTG is the best.
At first I was impressed on quick responses and info. But then it turned to very bad. Sent message on Monday and still haven’t heard back. Called in on Wednesday and was treated very poorly. Lady didn’t want to help because the were closing in hour, sales person who did try and help had no clue what was going on. Spoke to me like I was completely stupid. I called another local store and picked up same machine slightly cheaper. I was in and out half hour tops.
I have now had my Honda lawnmower and my Ariens snowblower in for service with this team, both experiences exceeded my expectations! I thought I was saving money by using a local store but ended up needing LTG to bring my tools back to performance! Going forward, only LTG for any maintenance!
Great working with Eric and the other staff- very professional and knowledgeable.
Can't believe the personal service I received! They helped me find the perfect zero turn for my yard. Kathy even gave me tips on how to steer. Couldn't be happier!
