I waited an hour and 45 minutes yesterday in a very overcrowded waiting area just to be seen for less than 5 minutes by an incredibly arrogant, condescending Dr. Taglia who totally blew me off as if I was wasting his time following up as instructed by an ER physician. I'm a nurse of 22 years. He is was of the most arrogant physicians I've ever met. The office staff is very nice. As I was leaving I could hear him loudly chastising an employee. Completely disrespectful to patients and staff alike. And could obviously care less... read more
My 91 year old grandmother had a 12:45 appointment. She sat until 3:00pm in a very crowded room. there was at least 15 people in the room. My grandmother was sitting on a chair, a older worker said to her "I need that chair, you need to move". She was very rude to others waiting, telling them "I don't schedule the appointments". The office staff was told this and we never heard back if the situation was corrected. Nobody cares there. The hall was packed with people waiting to be seen also. I absolutely love Dr V. However I have a now 6 month old. Every single appointment I’m waiting for around an hour before even seeing doc. If it wasn’t for really enjoying doc, I wouldn’t be coming here. Seriously, what’s the point of the appointment time? #mytimematterstoo
Doctor was very good , glasses lady insisted and ordered my glasses when I told her I couldn't see what I was looking at and needed to wait !!!!
Not impressed. Second time my eye test was wrong and had to be redone.
