I didn't get the color I wanted. I thought the cut was not that great. When I asked for my money back which I have never done before with a hairdresser I was told she doesn't give refunds and she wouldn't help me because she didn't think she could make me happy. She did return my tip money which I gave her in the moment because I didn't really know what else to do. I usually don't leave bad reviews but give people a chance to fix things. But here we are.
