I purchased a comforter from them. Before I ordered, I called to see how long it takes to process the order. So I could determine where to ship the comforter. I was told 1 to 2 business days. It took over a week to even get it processed out of the warehouse and another week to get it to me. The kicker is I paid for UPS delivery and LTD had UPS drop my package off at the United States Postal Service in my area thus delaying delivery even further. I love LTD products. I am retired now and was so glad that one of my FACEBOOK buddies put the website up and reminded me of how much I missed that catalog at work. I ordered 4 items tonight and can't wait to get them!!!

I bought a few items from this company and now I get daily e-mails and I can't seem to stop the e-mails. I have tried everything to stop them. Don't buy from them unless you want to be haunted by e-mails.
