We initially attempted to switch to LTC Pharmacy but were not impressed with the process, they did not deliver what was promised, my managers were not impressed with the sales rep, and ultimately we decided to cancel the transfer. Things didn't feel right and when we canceled the transfer the sales rep proceeded to treat everyone poorly, blow up my phone, and didn't respect our decision. Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Guardian Pharmacy for always answering my questions and helping me whenever I call. I work for an AFC and have multiple medication needs for multiple individuals that we get to care for and the fact that Guardian Pharmacy delivers their medications and treatments is just FANTASTIC! We also love that they keep track of all of the orders and let us know when we need to have a new script written, so that those medications do not lapse.
