We had Andy here for the first time six months ago and now for the spring maintenance check up of our HVAC/AC units. He replaced one of our capacitors this time. We believe that in Andy we finally found a "trustworthy AC guy" to work with! He's reliable, professional, upfront and very reasonably priced. I have to admit that I lost faith in dealing with various AC companies, but I believe Andy deserves a shot!
I've used LTC for two of my homes and hired them under contract for a large business with 10 locations. They have always been extremely professional, reliable and honest through every project. If you're in a pinch or you have a large project, there's nobody else in the greater Charleston area that you should call. I'll continue to use LTC for every single project or repair that comes my way and I highly recommend you do the same.
