Staff is so rude and impossible to work with. Not a friendly environment.
We were hesitant with putting our mom in another hospital after her stay at Via Christi Hospital. AMG Hospital was one of our options after looking into and reviewing both AMG and Select we choose for her to go to AMG. The staff at AMG were wonderful. We had stayed with mom for the majority of her stay at VIa Christi, 3 days into her stay at AMG mom told us to "go home, they are taking good care of me here" Her wounds and infection were treated, therapy worked with her, staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. This place is a joke! If you love your family members do NOT let them stay here! The staff here is just rude and lazy. My grandma fell ill in september and was placed here for a few weeks after she had surgery for intestinal ischemia. When i asked the nurses for an update on how she was doing they were all clueless, they would say that her nurse was with another resident and that they would have them come and talk to me when they could. This was a wonderful place to be. I spent 6 weeks there and would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful and caring staff. I would recommend this place to everyone that needs it.
All the staff keep double talking me about the care of my father it's looking to me like it's all about money for them
