First off, I don't see how this business has such high ratings when they can't keep the timeline that they give their customers. Second of all they don't keep an open line of communication like they say they're going to do not to mention the fact that the cars are so tightly packed on their property I'm surprised that more people have complained about damage done to their vehicles and that the fire marshal hasn't said anything to these people

Very bad service , a lot of stress dealing with owner Carlos Cornejo, Went in for a transmission rebuild , nothing but a nightmare, false completion date from Owner Carlos, and when we did get vehicle back it was running just as bad and Carlos swore it just needed computer to self adjust transmission. I took his word paid him and almost got stranded on freeway with my kids. Then we returned vehicle to shop, another mistake ... week after week nothing but broken promises and excuse after excuse even personal family excuses.. ... read more

Bad service carlos es al principio cortes para q le dejes un buen anticipo y luego ya no te contesta, luego tu carro lo abandonan ya q te sacaron el anticipo no tienen cuidado con tu carro apilado entre muchos y contratan siempre diferentes mecanicos x q siempre se les van sus mecanicos, luego te habla q otra parte salio mala y te pide mas dinero y no te remplazan las partes q te cobraron extra ponganse listos de las piezas q les dice q les cambia luego es mentira
