For years I was never a fan of nail salons. I always felt like they rushed you in and out and never took the time to care about quality. When I came here for the first time I could tell it was different. Lieu, the owner, takes the time to learn everyone’s name and everyone there really focuses on quality and making sure the customer is happy with their service. I've been coming for years. A few months ago I was there and forgot my loyalty card that was stamped fully. So they gave me a new one and said I could use the $10 reward next time. I bring my daughter and myself so the 2nd card had 4 more. Today we went. Again, both of us and I brought my loyalty card fully stamped. She wouldn't honor it and said they don't do that anymore. I asked her to honor it since I had a total of 16 stamps from the last year. And she refused. Horrible customer service to not honor that. Correct way wo... read more
