Horrible, Horrible Owner. Do NOT lease from here, EVER! The property is falling apart and the manager is rude, abusive and a cheap money grubbing guy. Tons of bugs, mold and broken appliances, not to mention the constant verbal abuse whenever a problem arises. Charged tenants HUGE late fees during the pandemic and will constantly harass you. Illegal surveillance is another issue. Protect yourself and do NOT rent from here!
I lived at Amelia Apts for a couple of years while studying and they took care of everything including pest control and even the ac filters. I also got my deposit back I guess because I left it clean.
I currently live at one of their apartments and have had a good experience. They take care of the issues in the apartment quickly .
I rented from LT for years, and it really wasn't great. The house itself looked nice, but once living there I noticed issues. The house had no insulation. In the winter the house physically would not get warm if it was too cold outside, despite how high the thermostat was set. The ac/heater broke in the winter, during the weekend. We tried reaching out and no one came until the weekend was over. We could not stay in the house during the time because it was unbearable.
