Worked with this company for about 7 months. For every service, I had to remind them to send me service pictures & updates on how the pool cleaning went... I would NEVER receive a reply, so I would have to follow up again and again. Every. Single. Time. I was always chasing them for answers, responses, & the simplest things businesses need to keep up with. Everything was always a problem. We hired this company for about 6 months, we found them on plantation Facebook page, they started off really great, very punctual & responsible, after time they would miss their usual cleaning service & would not reach out explaining what happen till we reached out saying they are short of staff. They lack to put tablets inside our pool, they lack to brushes off sides. We are gladly leaving this review for others to be aware.
