Worked with this company for about 7 months. For every service, I had to remind them to send me service pictures & updates on how the pool cleaning went... I would NEVER receive a reply, so I would have to follow up again and again. Every. Single. Time. I was always chasing them for answers, responses, & the simplest things businesses need to keep up with. Everything was always a problem.
