Larry looked at a job for me and seemed to be interested. He was highly recommended so I thought this was the right direction. I’ve waited for over a week for an estimate and nothing. Would be nice to get a note from him of no interest so I could move on. I find this very disrespectful.

I had a plugged up bathtub and no water to my washer. I also only had a small window of time I could be home. When the original technician did not know if he would make it on time me as he was at another job the owner came out with another technician. One addressed the bathtub issue and it was fixed in minutes. The other man problem solved the washer and used creative thinking to get it solved quickly to get me back in business. Patrick and Larry were exceptional in there dedication to resolving our sewage issue. Larry's knowledge and experience was critical in determining what the issue was when Patrick hit an area that he was unfamiliar with resulting in fixing a problem that could have been a lot worse. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.
