Horrible customer service. Very judgy and rude for people who are supposed to be providing other people a relaxing service. Not understanding at all. Seen the couple in public with their child. I always tipped big never was rude seen her and just kind of waved and she rolled her eyes at me. My husband went to take my daughter on a slide at the park and her 7 year old son pushes MY 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER DOWN and proceeds to shout the words RACIST BABY IN HER FACE. A 1 year old baby.
