My daughter and I were walk ins… should have walked on by!!! The dremel hurt!!! Then she filled my nails…in between doing someone’s feet… next they tried to use the wrong color polish and acted like I was the one who made a mistake.. a whole other person came to paint my nails… as she did she kept digging her nails into my skin I assume to get the excess off… I could not wait to get the heck outta there!!!! My toenails and fingernails are unevenly shaped...somehow. All my cousin got was a pedicure with no polish and they didn't even out her nails or properly file down the edges of any of her toenails. They just assumed she wanted several add ons which she declined right before they tried to do them. They are super nosey and passive agressive. My 4 yr old granddaughter has been going to spas and nail shops since she was 2. But the tech felt she could overtalk me when letting her know what she was getting.
