One day after getting a gel manicure the nails started coming off, the photo below is from two days after getting a gel manicure. They refused to give a refund and wouldn't even look at the photos of what they did. Do not come here! They are incapable and rude and didn't even apologize or acknowledge that they did anything wrong. I have never had to ask for a refund from a nail salon but the least they could have done was apologize and own up to their mistake. LT Nails did a fantastic job. They go above beyond. I’ll never go anywhere else again. I had extensive low back surgery 3weeks ago. I have strict restrictions, no bending lifting or twisting. Pain has gone better, but I’m still weak. LT Nails is in a great location. Lots of parking, short walk to the Salon, no steps, & comfortable high back chairs. I've been having my pedicures and manicures here for a quite a few years. I've never had a problem. Other places have made me bleed or they're just not clean. I live in Dartmouth and would rather go there than the places near me that I've tried.
