I went there to get a manicure done with the powder dip polish… the guy completely messed up my nails, packed on the powder that my nails looks clumpy… he didn’t even give me a manicure or remove the cuticles… he legit took my old powder dip polish off… and put the new powder dip on… at one point I had to take the nail file and fix my own nails… had to have him thin down my nails 3 times… I WILL NEVER COME BACK! This is the worst nail service I ever have had my entire life… that was a JOKE!!
Both times I have been, Lee has done such an amazing job. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend, great pricing and amazing customer service and quality. Thank you!!
One day after getting a gel manicure the nails started coming off, the photo below is from two days after getting a gel manicure. They refused to give a refund and wouldn't even look at the photos of what they did. Do not come here! They are incapable and rude and didn't even apologize or acknowledge that they did anything wrong. I have never had to ask for a refund from a nail salon but the least they could have done was apologize and own up to their mistake.
