I’ve been coming here for years and the staff especially younger staff have become rude, short, and impatient….don’t take simple requests or do anything to actually satisfy the customer they basically just rush you out of the chair doing the bare minimum
My daughter is 10 she showed the nail tech a picture of what she wanted and the lady did what she wanted to do. Charged her $85.00 for this. I understand she got a design but 85? Be for real. We had to go back to let Paul correct the nails because the tech left acrylic in places it shouldn't be. I've been a customer for years I've only seen her really do feet and she needs to stick to that.
