I had a pleasant experience at this nail salon. There was zero to minimal wait time and my nail tech, Ryan, did a great job. I brought in a photo of how I’d like my nails to be designed and Ryan accomplished that! Thank you! And I’ll be back.
Nails are not straight - they are oddly curved or slanted, a chunk of glue under my nail, and two of my fingers were bleeding because the girl went too far with my cuticles - she was not gentle nor careful. I will never be coming back. Additionally, they should be careful of what they say regardless of whether customers can understand them or not, and unfortunately for them, I do speak Vietnamese.
Kim did an amazing job on my acrylic nails & they also never mess up on my toes when i come to get them redone. Definitely a 5 star place!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Made my nails bleed. I sat there for 2 hours and had the worst time. Rude workers. Horrible nails. I wanted long, pink nails but since my nails were bleeding so bad the pink wouldn’t cover it up.
Do not recommend. Horrible language barrier & did left unhappy with my nails.
