Do not recommend. Horrible language barrier & did left unhappy with my nails.
I never leave bad reviews, but this experience was truly awful. I asked for dip nails and ended up with both dip and gel, leaving my nails unbelievably thick and bulky. I told both the tech and the manager, and instead of trying to fix it or make it right, they blamed the result on my “natural nails.” I walked out completely unhappy, and they showed zero care or accountability. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants their nails done correctly the first time.
