I just popped in to have my acrylic nails taken off and waited 15 minutes. I was next in line, but then two people went ahead of me. When I went to the front desk, thinking they had made a simple mistake, the lady at the desk said, 'Oh, sorry, but they are already being helped.' I asked if they had an appointment, and they did not. It was very rude to make me wait 15 minutes only to let two other customers walk right in and be helped. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Just save yourself the hassle and don’t go here. Over priced for terrible work. They rush through and give you horribly shaped nails that aren’t even straight, bubbles in the gel polish. Cut your cuticles while drilling also. You can do it yourself cheaper, and better. Or find somewhere else to go.
Rude and unprofessional. Won’t be back.
Spent 75$ on a full set of French tips didn’t ask me if I wanted the shade of pink or not just put it on there my nails usually last me little over a month my nails have already started breaking off and it’s only been 9 days since I got them done I will never shop at this place again basically robbed me For my money on my birthday at that . Plus I seen a roach crawling across the floor while I was sitting there getting my nails done .
