Anybody can show you the inside of houses and send you listings, but having a team that really understands real estate (specifically the Roanoke area), can communicate/respond quickly and knows how to negotiate the right deal is crucial. April and Leon McGhee have done all of these things for our family since moving to the area from out of state.
