I started with this company back in Feb.2026 due to being disabled and needing help around my house,was supposed to get a caregiver 3x week. So much for that schedule! I chose this company because they had alot of good reviews and I've had several issues since the 1st day. They do not have any floaters to help in situations like this. While I see many positive reviews about this company and Daniel, my family’s experience has been deeply concerning and frankly unacceptable. My mother is total assist, meaning she requires help with all activities of daily living. She transitioned to this home health service about a week ago, and it is clear her level of need was either not properly assessed or not taken seriously.
