Very unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. The worst attitudes I have ever seen out of Healthcare workers. I have epilepsy and have ran out of my seizure medication and tried to speak with my doctor about a refill. This was an emergency because I had just suffered a bad fall and broke my collar bone from a recent seizure, yet they dismissed me and said there was nothing they could do and would not let me speak with a doctor. I've been seeing psychiatric doctors for 35 years. Always Said borderline personality disorder or bipolar, blamed everything on ptsd. I was early for my appointment but when it came to parking it was so many cars double parked. Minimum parking as is and most of the spots are taken because nobody can park. I had to walk up the street with my newborn in the cold to get there. Finally get there just for them to say I’m late and I try to tell them about it but of course they don’t care. The worst place to go as a woman to go and get a yearly check up. The ogbyn or nurses always seem like they in rush to do other things instead of helping and fixing medical issues. Most of the staff is rude.
