Horrible do not go. They don’t help they don’t care and they have nasty attitudes
Do NOT recommend. My son went in with flu-like symptoms and the NP there did not thoroughly examine him, nor swab him. He was in and out in 5 minutes. What a disgrace! $250 to have my son know his weight and blood pressure.
They don’t answer the phone it’s hard to reach someone when you are an out of state parent calling to resolve issues. I have turned in my daughter’s paper work a few times and they finally entered it in after weeks of saying I never turned it in.
I went to the clinic for medical reasons. The staff was nice but they were having problems with my insurance that I didn’t know about.During check in I was told that my insurance went through and that I didn’t have a remaining balance.A month goes by and now they are telling me I need to pay $300 +. I had to file a claim with my insurance and it has been fixed but at this point I should’ve just went to urgent care because I didn’t have this problem with them at all.
