The Assistant director of medical records HIM department is useless. Basically a warm body to fill a chair and office. Very arrogant, cocky and condescending type person. I never felt comfortable going to him with an issue. Even though he knew little about standard procedure as in filling out consent forms, he’d do it wrong, never NEVER had anything to add or bring to important meetings ie quarterly department meetings. Definitely a waste of state resources
