I echo the sentiments of the other reviewer. I will never return to this clinic and I suggest that no prospective, new patient go to this clinic, if they have a choice. My interaction with the doctors was positive. However, it doesn't matter how good the doctor is if the support staff is rude, lazy, and obstructionist. When I first arrived the receptionist was shooting the breeze with a friend, who stopped by just to chat; this lasted approximately 20 minutes. Great staff,communication, and doctors! Highly recommend! The staff truly goes out of their way to help you.

If I could give a negative rating for this clinic for Dr. Betty Lo I would. The staff is rude and it is nearly impossible to reach the doctor especially for an urgent matter. I contacted this office several times in regards to my mother passing away and needing a death certificate signed. I was told the doctor was aware and would get it done. Two days passed and it was not completed before the weekend. I called all week long requesting to speak to the doctor and no one called me back. My mother was not able to be put at peac... read more
