The practice of floor 5 is to book 2 people at the same time. Had to wait an hour the first time and rescheduled. Second time I only waited a half hour, but walked out before my withput my appointment. Is that standard to book two patients at the same time with the same doctor?
They violated HIPAA, PHI, and my physician talked to a mutual friend without my consent. My physician forgot about my appointment, showed up one and a half hours late, and told me the reason is because he has "multiple personalities." He is also vice-chairman of the department. The entire department needs to be overhauled.
The receptionist team need customer service training. Maybe its just the way they talk and I'm over reacting but I have never had an conversation with them that didn't have a hint of attitude in it. But the doctors and staff within the facility are the total opposite.
Very helpful doctors and staff. Usually very quick in and out visits.. I am definably more behaved.
